Thursdays: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fridays: 9:00 a.m. - Noon.

We will provide individuals and families with a four day supply of food each month.

To register for a pick-up appointment, here's how it works in 3 easy steps:

1) Click this link to see our sign up page on the SignUp web site: https://signup.com/go/RQdWGyF

2) Review the options listed and choose the day and time you prefer for food pick up during the month. 

3) Sign up using your email! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.

Note: Please remember we operate on a 1 month return schedule. Always book your appointment at least 1 week in advance so we can better serve you and your family. 

Please try to arrive at your booked time.

If you need to change an appointment, you will need to cancel the original appointment first. 

SignUp does not share your email address or personal information with anyone. 

If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact Kim or Natasha at (905) 596-0557 and they can sign you up manually.
